Yes, it can be shitty. But also, if the performance is way better, people are going to talk about it. Sucks that they got their feelings hurt, but really, I didn't see any harsh criticism of the guy's work. Maybe I missed it.

I haven't been following much of anything lately, so I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I don't feel like the community that blew up on bluesky were quite the intended users of bluesky. A while ago people were getting very upset over features that have been planned since the beginning.
