A Microsoft answers support question: Title: Memz Trojan Virus - HELP! Content: My son has allowed a so-called "Xbox Friend" to use TeamViewer on my son's laptop and watched, said friend, install Memz Trojan virus and run it. I know what a fool, trusting someone he doesn't know! I've said it all, and he's very embarrassed! It's now time for me, "Super Dad!" to fix it, hopefully with your help! As soon as the laptop is switched on (was running Windows 10), it advises that "Your computer has been trashed by MEMZ trojan Now enjoy the Nyan Cat" and then an image of a pixel cat with rainbow on screen with a very annoying tune. I've tried all sorts of key combinations, but none work, so I can't access BIOS menu, start screen, or anything. Left the very annoying cat run for 10/15 minutes hoping it would stop, it doesn't. I have a Windows 10 ISO CD. How can I get rid of Cat and Memz Trojan, PLEASE HELP! Thanks. Created On: May 17 2019

A Microsoft Support Question: Title: Hello. When I'm unpacking larger games from fitgirl repacks such as rdr2 or cyberpunk 2077 my PC shuts down all of a sudden Content: My PC shuts down for absolutely no reason when I'm installing some larger games from fitgirl repacks. I'm currently using Windows 11 on a PC with a Nvidia graphics card RTX 3070, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and an AMD CPU. I've tried to use a video in the background of it so it wouldn't shut down, but it still didn't work. When I turned the computer back on and tried to install again, I got to the same problem again.
