That’s a good use of the space. I just got tired of driving 25 Miles’s each way, traffic, people texting from their cars, rear ending others only for me to do everything in front of a screen. I love working remote and would never go back. Life’s too short.

It's just a 15 min bike ride for me so it's a good way to get a change of scenery 2-3 days a week. And since it's 90% empty lots of room to get my steps in the winter. If I had a commute of any length I wouldn't even bother.
