Syenite minerals have a drastic color shift under ultra-violet light, which can range from gold and bronze to, as here with the sodalite, hot pink and purple shades. The rest of the round beads consists of South Sea shell "pearls" in two sizes and natural ruby spheres interspersed with the syenite.

The accent beads are giant faceted vintage green glass (OLD and fabulous), and faceted barrels of sunset jasper. The anchor segments are more serpentine rondels and faceted ruby rondels.
