Wings kept the setting simple & spare, too: a bezel wrought entirely by hand, segments saw-cut, filed smooth, shaped to the stone. The backing extends just far enough beyond the bezel wall to accommodate the thin strand of twisted silver that forms an embrasure around it, making the stone pop.
