If you see this QRP with your sketches!💚 I love sketching and doodling! But I never remember to post them so this is a lovely excuse to share some of mine 💚💚💚
I've been a bit MIA with art recently, as I moved house between some extra shifts at my day job! But everything is set up again, and I'm aiming to get this one done soon ✨
You might lose sleep. You might forget to eat. Make sure you regulate yourself accordingly. And document your experience so that you can review with your doctor. Remember it takes a couple weeks for your body to normalize on a new med. Be patient with yourself and be an advocate for your health.
Ask for the newer types of medication rather than the older ones. Vyvanse for instance is newer and much better at long release, it’s not as peaky as Adderall or Ritalin. Definitely push on getting one of the more recent meds. Be prepared to let yourself adjust for the first week.
I think I need and deserve some very real retail therapy.
