Right now AI is tantamount to a clunky version of Photoshop. That is to say it's a decent tool for artistic expression with a capable user, but absolutely not ready to be used as an assistant in any capacity and it's strange to see it popping up everywhere as a search assistant.
How dare you violate my first amendment! /S
Heather, I don't know how you remain so humble because you've got to know what an incredible human being you are. From your talent to having just such a lovely personality. I feel like you're a hidden gem who more people should know about.
Very true! I've picked up an additional 20+ fps in Cyberpunk thanks to AI!
I couldn't agree more. Perhaps that is why so many people were infuriated by my declaration that AI (obviously machine learning but that was the term being used) is here to stay; they just don't have first hand experience with the tools being used right now.
I don't have a problem with someone disagreeing with me but if you're going to respond to me in a manner you wouldn't dream of doing to someone in person, then your profile goes in the trash.
The OP called it AI and I continued with the term he used. Go off on him.
Great way to demonstrate you have nothing to say.
A dozen trolls shitposting doesn't make me wrong, and I called it AI versus machine learning because that's the term the OP used. You can Google "AI is not a fad" and find "dozens" of complete, thoughtful articles from universities and tech leaders who disagree with you BlueSky randos.
