Yeah I don't think you could, unless someone 'misused' one of the CSL file fields.
I don't think so. It only absorbs information that would be stored in the RIS or CLS and Zotero stores tags and notes elsewhere I think. I just tried it. The note stored in the RIS file came through, but the tag I added through the Zotero GUI didn't show up.
I was about to link to that same tool; has worked really well for me in the past.
