Yesterday we had a line wrap around the booth at #paxwest for our last copies of Slay the Spire. Excited to sell out before the last day and grateful to see all the love people have for the game. Now that we’ve gone through it all, I finally get a chance to wander the hall and say hello to friends!

Our Maui adventure comes to an end. The sun has set, and now just a Red Eye to Seattle for PAX West this weekend. I took a ton more photos that I’ll post later, for now I’m gonna try to sleep in this fart tube and play Tactical Breach Wizards.

Found a cool gift shop yesterday while exploring parts of Maui. Looking for gifts when I came across the Infinity Pineapples, easy way to make the world twice or half as sweet.

Low key Hawaii Sunday. We stayed inside most of the day to keep out of a tropical storm. Not pictured are the 2k words I put into my WIP after getting creative juices flowing from the volcano yesterday.

Maui is home to a volcano that’s erupted 7 times in the last thousand years. Located inside Haleakalā National Park, about 10,000 feet in elevation. It’s the perfect time and place to read @jscalzi Starter Villain.

Maui has been such a delight this week. I’m grateful to visit this amazing place with such fun company. What a wonder of sand and trees and more water than I’ve ever seen, all amounting to a connection with nature that brightens my day.

An excellent weekend in the books. Kentucky bourbon trail, golf, and board games in a woodland cabin. Equal amounts fun and debauchery for my friend’s Bachelor party.
