If we can agree that adult trans/gnc people get fired w/ having a 'competitive resume' and can't find work...all for coming out... Can we also recognize that those coming out <18yo never even had a fair chance at opportunities for the 'competitive resume'? LoR - gone Mentors - gone Exp - gone

Trans/GnC people might be underrepresented, but we exist! I'm in a slack w/ >1000 ppl...the prob is meeting each other (with our low # compared to the cis). Still, finding people w/ similar exp (see above) is hard! I was 1 of 2 openly trans ppl in my entire undergrad. Really limits 'networking' lol
