Like, I did find myself rooting for Beowulf and the Geatish kingdom- but what of the Swedes and the Danes who they butchered and maimed? Were they not also people too? And what of Grendel and the other so-called hellspawn who were shunned by God and his kingdom?

I think inevitably, you just have to think about all sides of the story here when you read anything like this- like ASOIAF for example. And I love that all of this conflict arises from that fact everyone thinks they're right
