A lot of journalists out there will reference how "It's not the odds, it's the stakes," and then proceed to talk for a solid 20 fucking minutes about the goddam odds.
Gambling addicts come in many forms
The stakes for them is people changing the channel or not giving them clicks if they stop talking about the odds.
They should play Mass Effect to gain a thorough understanding of that phrase.
