I wasn't aware that an MRI showed a worsening of my scoliosis six years ago, until I got my hospital records. Neurologist didn't bother to tell me or do follow up tests; my GP hadn't been informed & had no access to the info. That's just the most recent in a catalogue of errors in my care.
