I used to 'rescue' fair goldfish every year by winning them. They would go into a tank and die within a week, when I would freeze them in ice before taking them en mass down to the nearest river to a spot still known by our family as goldfish point and let them float away down stream.

Lobsters shed their shells & eat them (calcium) as they grow. I've still got some shell somewhere. Which leads to another odd tale. A few years later I had a crab - when it died, I convinced my dad to stand with me as I threw the remains into the medway by Rochester bridge & said a short prayer

No music was played, but hymns were sung, much to the bemusement of local anglers.
