Right now there's a lot of edgy right-wing shitposter types on twitter scoffing at bluesky and betting that everyone will be back in a day. They're scared. They're betting on everyone craving the senseless PVP bloodbath of twitter. But they're wrong. People have had enough.

And if they show up, don't engage. Mute and report to moderation and to labelers. They can be silently cauterized from the community, and nothing of value will be lost.

Agreed. I am sure *some* folks will head straight back but I also feel like this time is a lot different. These changes are arguably the biggest ones yet and considering Twitter has basically become a right-wing propaganda machine, this feels like the last straw for some--I know it is for me.
