I saw the Look Back adaptation. Really leaned into the Shinkai aspects. Turns out adapting a 10 minute read into an hour long film with a full high budget production behind it... pretty unnecessary.
I'm just so burnt out on remakes given *looks at the entire state of the industry.*
New scan! It's the Cowboy Bebop movie pamphlet, full of super rare illustrations, interviews, and Jet and Ed teaching you how to carve a pumpkin! Give it a look! www.tsundokudiving.com/archived-cow...
A scan of the official pamphlet for Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Just to throw a handful of ideas for videos and blogs out there that I have tentatively planned: A FFXV Bro-trip, mods and agency in Mass Effect, too much freedom in Ringo Ishikawa, non-player character agency, and a Non-Ace Combat Ace Combat or two. All hopefully before June of next year.
Trying to wrap up this way too long Baldur's Gate video. I finished my day job for the season last week. Have taken a break this last week though. Just relaxing and doing media catch up. AKA lots of reading, playing, and watching. So the BG vid will be soon-ish? After that I have a more focused plan
One of those games I rented the heck out of when that was a thing. As far as I remember this one of the better WWII arcade flight combat sims. Plan on revisiting it in a future Non-Ace Combat Ace Combats.
I've not read this yet. Just getting into my Kiyoshi Kurosawa phase, but I will assume it's a great piece, because Baxter does the writing well.
I love how the wingman who you'd think be the most horrible little nationalist based off first impression is actually just immediately tired of being dragged into a war and just wants to listen to his 2000's ass post-grunge alt-rock records and pal around with his buds.
I'm like 50% of the way through Ace 5 and damn, I underrated this one.
