Always happy to share my (funded) supplement if examples are helpful. It was for a grad student, not a PD, but they're definitely very into the training plan! My Rutgers email is easy enough to find On The Internet.

I received one for a post-bacc but I think this guidance might be generally useful: use the post-doc’s completion of an IDP to structure the training plan. I think the NIH wants to see a tailored training plan that aligns the trainees career goals with the PI’s goals for training.
