honestly I find I'm fall asleep now at 8 o'clock but I normally force myself to stay up to at least 10 lol

If I try to go to bed early I just wake up early. Combined with my horrendous sleep pattern of waking up every other hour, I am in no rush to go to bed unless exhausted.
