Also this graph. The USA has borrowed trillions of $ to pay for their economic expansion in the past few decades. Their budget deficit grows larger & larger because they just add servicing their debt on top of their normal budget. Like Italy in the 80s. Like China in the past decade. Unsustainable.

I have a real soft spot for thrillers and cop movies from the seventies. The cars, the streets - and actors who are allowed to be ugly. Not just American movies, either. There are some great Italian cop movies from that time. Just endless car chases in crappy FIATs.
