Commiserations. Itās been a slow motion car crash.
Pretty decent results from #JHD this morning including a well covered dividend that has increased for 49 years in a row. I agree that possible BPR-removal worries are overshadowing the whole AIM index currently so any indications that this relief is going to continue should stimulate a nice bounce.
I think we can expect considerable volatility in AIM shares during October as rumours and counter rumours about the content of the upcoming budget circulate.
Very good read. Thanks. The 30 October Budget looks as if it could have a seismic impact on many/most AIM stocks. I can see a 15% jump if BPR reliefs continue indefinitely and a 25% drop if they are abruptly removed. Perhaps there will just be some tinkering with existing rules.
Agreed. I wouldnāt be surprised if management arenāt quite so chirpy 2 or 3 weeks from now.
No direct investment in individual trading companies? It might feel safer but it means that youāll be carrying the weight of a lot of unseen management fees.
Ooh! Painful. But Iām not sure hedge funds that systematically sell short are going to get a lot of sympathy from Joe Public.
The Pro-Histamines are big down our way.
Shares up 15% to almost 115p in early trading which is the most theyāve moved in years.
