Hi #developers of any language / framework. What's your opinion about hiring processes where algorithms resolution is the key part of them?

Hate it. The best hiring experience I ever had, the two people I would work with most and I mobbed on something none of us had seen before. I led but they were there to offer feedback and help, to see how we all worked together. It was so ideal.
