I came back after a couple months and one of the first things I did was unfollow people still obsessing over the discourse that made me deactivate. It helped quite a bit

Good call!!! I think my issue is sensitivity to certain topics that would require me to unfollow almost everyone which doesn't work for me. So I deactivate instead lol
