it's really good, I wouldn't say it's a headset seller but it's the top game I'd recommend if you have a headset by a long shot. Core game is solid as hell, and there's so, so many mods you can get

I couldn't justify getting a headset for one game, and even if I could I don't have the space to play VR games without falling over something. Probably my cat, because he always makes sure to get in the way.
