I type a lot of things out and then don’t post them—an ongoing skill that’s useful to cultivate is to know when it’s just better to listen rather than talk. You don’t need to be involved in every conversation.

I also recommend hitting people with a mute if they’re all over your timeline etc etc—it’s not personal some people just post a lot, I still like em and want to hear from them
