Are you asking how I took the throat test? I used the swab from the test kit to poke the back of my throat, soft palate, tonsils... swirling the swab around to make sure I collected a decent sample. (It might make you gag a bit.) Otherwise process the sample as usual.

Some folks "double dip" by swabbing the throat first and then swabbing the nose, and processing the test as usual. But I take two separate tests. Note that the tests weren't designed to test the throat, we're basically using it wrong by throat swabbing. So there's no "right way" really.
