The experience from the get go was disappointing. No acknowledgement from ANY of the Advocates upon walk in. No instructions on what to do upon arrival. Everyone just standing around, waiting to be acknowledged. Advocates had their backs turned to customers and frequently left the desk unattended.

The car buying experience is supposed to be exciting! You’re putting a lot of money down, and there is a definite markup with #Carvana for the convenience factor, among other things. What a huge let down. No accountability anywhere. Advocates tell you to call Customer Service.
