Couldn’t believe how filthy the car was. There were cobwebs in the trunk hatch, between the seats, and trash in the door cubbies. Hand prints and oils on the seats. Undisclosed scratches and stains around the emergency brake and cup holders.

Their 150 point inspection? I doubt it happened at all, outside of replacing a tire or two. Claims the car was detailed and fluids were topped off, which was untrue. Air filter was filthy, crevices under the hood were full of leaves and dirt. I have video of all this.
