Is it Singh, or just more urban based NDPers who have different focuses than pre-Singh? I'm more fond of prairie type NDP of fiscal pragmatism. JMO but I see urban NDP more social values oriented than 'wallet/services' values. It's hard to change voters' personal values but many wld vote for $$

Of course there are exceptions to this rule. Reform voters and republicans can generally be sawed about 7 inches before you notice any difference in their behaviour. You only really see a change because you've hit the mouth so they can't talk.
