personally, the first thing that came to my mind was 사랑하는 + name ex: 사랑하는 윤기 (saranghaneun Yoongi) = Dear/Beloved Yoongi or 친애하는 (chin-aehaneun) + name which can be translated as dear/beloved But there's also the way of adding (name=이름) 에게 when writing letters. Ex: 윤기에게 (yungiege) = To Yoongi
