What is this Alt Tag? I'm seeing many talk about it and I see the settings but not seeing anything describing what it is. I'm sure I know what it is but not by that name?

Hmm... so one drawback I'm seeing to this site... the main feed always goes right to the top instead of staying where you left it, meaning you have to scroll back to where you were to catch everything. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
