Unfortunately how twitter made their interaction layout, if a bigger user interacted with a smaller user it would limit their reach and if a small person got interaction with a bigger user it would make their reach bigger. It just created a toxic atmosphere where people became afraid to interact

That explains so much, no wonder small accounts have a hard time growing. With this new info I don’t think I will be going back to bird app any time soon 😅
