US, you're only one degree of separation max from someone actually on it. But over here, it seems that despite commentary everywhere, not only is adoption low (structural access to pharma obvs plays a role), you'll regularly bump into fairly news-aware people who have zero name recognition of it
Fascinating Euro/US difference I have noticed of late is how low salience the surge of GLP-1 drugs is with the former.
