This piece I love and was really popular on the FF14 reddit just before Shadowbringer. I don't remember how I did it properly, I look through old clip studio files and it from when I'm learning how to use the programs and there like 6 different files and layers are everywhere.

Just a few layers i piecing together and it water colouring, relining, glow effects, smuggin and blending. Maybe even air brushing. Just laying on layering and then flating the piece. 😕
