I've been working on this piece on and off for over a month now. I started it while I was in a really bad place. I was constantly overthinking, badly hyperfixating, extremely stressed and constantly on edge and anxious.
I've been through this and It's not normal. It's passive suicidal ideation and it's a major sign of depression. I'm so sorry you're going through so much but it does gets better, I promise. Pls try to reach out to your GP for help and if you ever need somebody to talk to I'm here for you. 💕🫶
