For me I couldn't eat breakfast and barely lunch the next day but could eat after that, and the nausea went away by the next morning. Think it's really gonna be a situational thing but I was told for most people symptoms go away within two days

im hoping for this to be the case, i think the annoying thing is how normal i feel in between vomiting spells so I confidently think "oh i could probably eat" but no I cannot
