When one fully inquires while searching within they find that they are Nothing. When one looks without upon reaching this nothingness they see that they are Everything. It is Love that bridges these two perspectives. This is the Parity of Heart and Mind!
Be mindful of your attention to focus your intention. Look to the root of your motivation to make course corrections toward kindness and consideration. This is discernment and it eventually leads one to the equanimity of Parity!
True contentment is found when one realizes they are the content creator of the mind & not the content itself. Nothing external exists in the mind. When you have thoughts about something "outside" or otherwise, it is not reality. Stopping the root of thought by seeing it reveals Parity of mind!
The more clearly one sees the true beauty in ALL things, the more beautifully one's own light shines from within. The more clearly one sees the beauty of one's own light within, the more easily the beauty of ALL is recognized without. This is the TRUTH of LOVE and BEAUTY. AMAZING!

When you take absolutely nothing for granted, there are no prerequisites for Joy. There are no "negative" experiences when the very act of breathing generates contentment without any other requirement. Live life right here in this moment and know that Joy is far more abundant than suffering.
