Does what you are about to say or do actually improve upon this moment in any way? Or does it just add to the spin of insanity that already exists? Be a filter not a stirrer. Clearly seeing the game that is actually being played is more than enough to flip the table.
Hell isn't "other people". Hell is living like "other people" exist in the mind. Resolve all inner division by seeing through this delusion of separation in the mind. It served it's purpose when you were a baby but it is crucial to realize SELF Knowledge. No one can give you what you already have.
If you never make time for stillness you will be trapped in the spin of delusion for the duration of this life. When REALITY is OMNIPRESENT within EVERY single moment and you still fail to know it even though it has ALWAYS been there. Self-Love is the bridge into the PARITY of ONE mind.
Those who live in cognitive disparity can never see eye-to-eye or be on the same page. This is because this pattern of disparity distorts different peoples' views of reality in different ways. Parity of mind & heart dissolves this differentiation.
Parity can only be reached through single minded determination. One mind without division is what it means. It doesn't matter where you start to drill as long as you reach the center of your Being through single minded focusing and letting go of ALL else into stillness like melting into oneself.
Authenticness requires NO struggling.
People are often paralyzed by the idea of judgement from "others". Remember that the way that those living in cognitive disparity judge even themselves and their own life/world is very flawed and irrational. The truth of the thing diffuses judgement's sting.
See through all of the stories you have told yourself since you began to speak and you will see through ALL stories, experiencing REALITY in this moment! NOW KNOW silence found in stillness and come together into Parity.
The only way to overcome self defeat is to open your heart as wide as possible and turn on all of the light in your mind. You CAN see and know ALL of your mind intimately if you stop the differentiation within it. Transform it from a battlefield to the peaceful GARDEN it is meant to be with PARITY.
Addiction to anything happens when the lower brain co-opts the higher brain with sunk-cost fallacies. The lower brain excludes the HEART in it's priorities. Stop this spin in it's tracks and reality becomes clear. Completeness in this moment is obvious. Stillness leads one to Parity of Heart & Mind.
