Ne1 here good with tech? Got a new headset but I can Not get it to play nice with my PC. Like my PC shows it connected to Bluetooth but it does not show up as an audio device that I can use. I've followed all the instructions (deleting device, re-pairing, deleting drivers etc)

It has the option to plug it in to the s/pdif port and if I do that the sound is fantastic as a speaker but I can't use the mic. If I can't use the mic, I'll have to send it back because my work is helping me pay for these since they're supposed to be an accessibility aid.
