They announced the Howlaween Costume Contest at Waffles’ dog camp today, which was a cruel reminder of how he was robbed and given second place in his homemade rollerblading Ken costume last year. I have to think of a genius idea for this year. I’m dedicated. Any ideas? I will put in the hours.

Aw, Waffles was robbed! Maybe a cup of cocoa with his floofy marshmallow head on top? Or a bowl of popcorn 🍿? Or Albert Einstein?
The only stipulation is that he hates hats, as evidenced by this photo of him during Fiesta last year.
