My 91 year old dad gets his care at the Albuquerque VA and the holistic and personal care he’s gotten has literally kept him alive and in good spirits. I’m sure he would have had worse outcomes at a fancier place with conveyer belt care and cost optimization. Thank you for working for the VA!

Being able to provide good care AND actually keep Veterans in good spirits is great for the employees, too! Also, Vets are the best - most of us aren’t there for the leadership or facilities (though my boss is great) 😂.
