Mid is a genius and she’s literally constantly reduced to cid’s daughter even though we didn’t even know she existed before the time skip. Jote is SO COOL and so competent and she’s just forgotten about by the end. Ugh.
Me thinking about benedikta and how cool she would’ve been as a character if she got to be presented as someone who had her agency taken away from her and used her sexuality as a way of trying to be in control of her life but instead she was just Sexual evil lady whose death was used to develop Hugo
God I’m still so mad about this the whole thing about being forced to be a monster to protect her people and getting vengeance by killing the guy after and then from then on she was damsel in distress/love interest. And like nothing else. I wish Jill got to be cool and do things SO bad
