“Shadow Monster” I thoroughly enjoyed working on this wraparound book cover! The lighting and details took a while to get right, but the end result captures what the client wanted.
“Fractured Moon Warrior” My other armor and weapon set plays with the idea of multiple diamond/ overlapping patterns. I also wanted to challenge myself by giving them a dynamic pose and drawing the armor on top of that.
“Winter Moon Warrior” I designed an orc warrior for my portfolio, and decided to create two alternate armor and weapon sets for them. This set features fur for use in cold environments.
“Dragon Lynx Alchemist” I created this character years ago and finally revamped their design for my portfolio. Plus, I made a few props and a portrait icon for them.
“Fungal Peacock” I used multiple mushrooms as inspiration - Maiden’s Veil, Devil’s Fingers, Bleeding Tooth and Shaggy Mane. My focus was on texture and contrast for this creature, and I feel like they really came to life because of that.

This moth character is mostly based off of creatonos gangris (a super cool moth you should look up). It was more challenging to draw their expressions since they don’t have a normal mouth, but I was able to use the antennae and eyes instead.
“Elven Reaper” I wanted to try drawing a fantasy class that isn’t common (or doesn’t exist in most video games), so I came up with a Reaper that uses souls as a power source. My favorite parts to design were her scythe and hair.
“Jellyfish Shrinemaiden” This character took me a while to render, but I’m so happy with how she turned out! Her design changed a lot since the initial sketch, but that’s because I’m pushing myself to to pay more attention to details, lighting, contrast, and texture.
“Status Mount” This fancy dragon/ deer/ giraffe hybrid is sure to catch everyone’s eyes as they strut by! I had the most fun and trouble with this mount due to the scales, ornate saddle and warm colors. I’m happy with the end result, though.
