Okay, let's say transphobia is a consequence of white supremacy. Does this mean that the Black community, or Latino community, or any non-white community with a transphobia problem suddenly is given a pass?

Call the root source whatever you like, those communities will still need to deal with transphobia within their community, "white supremacy" or not.
