I've just said much the same on twitter. If 21miles at just under 8 m/m hurt that much, I'm not hopeful for 26.2 at a fast pace. Some coach was saying the other day, don't overdo it to reassure yourself, just trust the plan. Easier said than done.

Only the one island. Well its like 200 small ones but most was filled in or has bridges now. It's only 21miles long and a mile at the widest point.
