OK, I'm pretty sure you know this, but in case your followers don't: “L'agro” (now AgroParisTech) is one of the French “grandes écoles”, higher education and research institutions, and “agro” is short for agronomy. So this says “house of engineers of l'agro” (i.e. alumni from that school).
