This is the original Bourke Street Bakery in Sydney’s Surry Hills. I’ve taken a few early hours shots of the mural since it was done some years ago. The baker has a lovely sourdough on his paddle that I’ve intentionally kept out of the shot as the boring lads who tag, have defaced it.
I will say our coffee is the best damned coffee I can get, and I live a block from Grand Central Bakery, five blocks from New Seasons and in the same town as Spella (Spella is actually better, but only if you order and drink it there. Which I'm not doing at 7:30 stumbling around in my jammies).

We found divorce cake & couldn't resist. MB* was separated but still legally married when I met him. 8 months later the divorce was finalized and I went to a fancy bakery, bought the flavor-of-the-month, & had "Congratulations on your Divorce" iced on. Our wedding cake came from the same bakery 😽
