I went down a rabbit hole in the past about people suing Twitter (pre musk) and facebook for being banned without reason and coming out on top or getting things settled outside of court. FA is small beans but I still say why not?
All purely because the rules set and being banned without breaking any rules is what I feel could go forward. I highly doubt FA would ever allow it to go to court with the fees. They can barely handle themselves and it'd eat up all the fundraised money. They can't risk even the threat of this.
Have now been banned from two servers and possibly the con.
A class action would not work 1: Abdls are not a protected group so discrimination suits would just be thrown out 2: I dont think any case that boils down to "I was banned from their website" would be touched by any lawyer worth their salt
