Even dumber. The argument (I might have skimmed), is that they broke the TOS by scraping and also the TOS between twitter and brandsafe, a company not party to the suit, and “an unknown third party” and brandwatch, which is allowed to scrape twitter for clients & allows them to have 3rd party users.
