Cyber Timmy was modified for cyberspace combat, designed with many dangerous weapons fit for his actions needed to hack into the domain. As a regular person who likes to live a better life, he made great friends with many other people, even though he doesn't regularly show up, just like a few of the artists' personas. That is, until Impy managed to breach into dimensions to kidnap him, mechanizing him into an insanely nefarious super fighting robot. Stripped of his free will, Cyber Timmy mercilessly brainwashes many innocent lives through the use of his video game that he normally didn't like. It made everyone become evil, causing fear and chaos to ensue. Deep down, his spirit begged for them to put an end to his rampage. He wields two weapons: Cyber Claw, a weapon that could claw through enemies, malfunctioning them from a malware, and Cyber Laser, a cursor-guided laser weapon that could, either nullify one's powers and weapons, or drain away their energy and keep it for himself.
Under his helmet is Cyber Timmy, himself, as if his hairstyle remained the same. He doesn't look that intimidating without his helmet, huh?

Any issues with the standard sealing it deep in abandoned mine with many layers of security before a breach? Thankfully its not actually that much waste space wise, but logistically have to move it around/store it temporarily and thats where stuff goes wrong
