Secondhand Lions (DVD, 2005, Widescreen & Full Screen). Both Widescreen & 4x3 aspect ratio. The disc has moderate scuffing/scratches but has been tested & is in working condition with no errors. 100% playable!
Getting the feeling it may be time to watch Deathtrap again. Somehow I ended up seeing this in the theater when I was much too young for a story of fake murder, real murder and Michael Caine and Christopher Reeve kissing. Anyway it left an impression and more people should see it.
I'm surprised it got out with a plot like that. For that type of film the best one to watch in my opinion is Sleuth with Michael Caine and Laurence Oliver. I doubt whether the director or screenwriters have even heard of it !
And yet still no release of the 1987 Michael Caine & Steve Guttenberg comedy Surrender. What is wrong with these people.
103. Shiner (2000) Not a biopic about Ronald. Another pretty brutal revenge thriller. Caine carries this one really well and is clearly having fun. Strong supporting cast as well. It’s nothing special, but it’s more watchable than some of his other straight to video low budget films from this time.
104. Half Moon Street (1986) Can’t work out what it wants to be. At times it tries to be an erotic thriller, others it wants to be a political drama and then a straight up romance. It ends up not being a very good example of any of them. The dialogue and characterisation is really poor. Not great.
I have never had it before, I am curious as to how I will react. The -caine drugs take like 3x as much before they even take effect and then they don't do much. My dentist uses nitrous a lot for patients, she says patients handle it well so we shall see.
